Accountant

1. Manage fixed assets for Karawang, Bekasi, and relevant corporate functions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
2. Analyze CAPEX performance against approved budgets and provide variance analysis and insights.
3. Monitor Construction in Progress (CIP) balances and coordinate with stakeholders for timely capitalization.
4. Plan and coordinate periodic fixed asset physical verification for Bekasi, Karawang, and Head Office.
5. Perform reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on fixed asset verification findings.
6. Prepare journal entries related to fixed assets, accruals, provisions, WIP inventory transactions, and other factory accounting adjustments.
7. Support timely month-end closing, including account reconciliation and management reporting.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Strong knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting, Internal Controls, and CAPEX processes.
3. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
4. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
6. Experience in manufacturing accounting and audit engagement is an advantage.
