Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing daily/weekly cash position reports
• Monitor and update bank account balances, cash movements, and related treasury trackers
• Assist with bank reconciliations and follow up on reconciling items to ensure timely clearance
• Prepare treasury reports (e.g., bank account summary, cash and bank schedules, cashflow schedules, cash usage/inflow-outflow summaries)
• Prepare schedules for financial statements (e.g., expenses, AR/AP, inventory) and assist with interim/final audit work (e.g. bank confirmation)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, including variance analysis
• Liaise with subsidiaries across the Group on finance and accounting matters
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Preferably a finalist or member of HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent
• Experience with ERP accounting software
• Proficient in PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Self-motivated, accurate, capable to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Accountant
