The Methodist University College Ghana is a private tertiary institution established by the Methodist Church Ghana with campuses in Accra (Dansoman), Tema and Wenchi.

Job Description

• Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the following vacant position at the Wenchi Campus.

Job Purpose/Scope

• The successful candidate shall be professionally responsible to the Finance Officer but shall work under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences.
• He/She shall be in charge of the finances of the Faculty and ensure that there is an efficient and effective accounting and treasury systems and procedures at the Faculty.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Candidate must possess a good first degree in Accounting
• Must in addition be a Chartered Accountant/member of a recognized professional Accounting/Auditing body (ICA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
• The possession of a Master's degree in Accounting will be an added advantage.
• Must have at least two (2) years post-qualification relevant experience in a reputable organization.
