Accountant

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including preparation and processing of accounting vouchers;
• Assist with month-end closing, preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, and other management accounting reports;
• Issue invoices and receipts to clients, and manage payment-related processes;
• Review company expenditures and expense claims for accuracy and compliance with company policies;
• Support asset and inventory audits, and maintain accounting documentation, filing systems, and procedural records;
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting or a related discipline;
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience;
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and directions accurately;
• High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail and proficiency in spreadsheet software;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
