Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journals, and ledgers.
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and file tax reports and ensure compliance with BIR and other government regulatory requirements.
• Assist in payroll accounting and statutory remittances when necessary.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure proper cost allocation.
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Xero, or similar ERP systems).

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
