Accountant

• Monitor e-invoicing submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation compliance with local tax regulations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and statutory reports.
• Assist in monthly cash flow forecast preparation, monitor daily cash flow position to ensure sufficient cash resources to meet financial obligations on a timely basis.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
• Prepare and submit tax filings, liaise with tax agent.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and external stakeholders for audits and assessments.
• Collaborate with senior management and various departments to communicate financial results and support company goals.
• Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting needs.

Job requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in current accounting principles and guidelines
• Good in write and read in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Exposure to manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and detail oriented.
• Possess a positive attitude and has a sense of responsibility.
