Accountant Fresher – Job Description

Position: Junior Accountant / Accountant
Experience: Fresher – 0 to 1 Year
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Job Summary

We are looking for a Fresher Accountant who is interested in building a career in accounting and finance. The candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Handle sales and purchase entries.
• Assist with invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
• Maintain cash and bank transaction records.
• Assist with bank reconciliation.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
• Assist in GST and TDS-related accounting work.
• Prepare basic reports and MIS in Excel.
• Maintain and organize accounting documents.
• Support the senior accountant in daily finance activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Accounting principles.
• Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn accounting and taxation processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
