Responsibilities：

• Handle the full set of company accounts and system entries; prepare management, monthly, and annual reports on time.
• Prepare annual budgets and analyze budget performance and cash flow status.
• Perform month-end closing and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Actively participate in annual audits; assist in timely completion of information disclosure; liaise with auditors, banks, and external parties.
• Manage invoicing, payments, and expense claims; oversee tax filing and related tasks.
• Assist with other related and ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience, preferably gained from insurance company.
• Detail-oriented, independent, responsible and a strong team player.
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel skills; experience with MYOB is compulsory.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
