What they need
- AP accounting: Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including approval and entry postinng
- AR accounting: Weekly tracking of store revenue from different payment channels and formulate the discrepancy report to store manager
- FA accounting: Recording the cost of newly-acquired fixed assets, tracking existing fixed assets, recording depreciation, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets
- Lease accounting: Keep tracking of the monthly rental invoice, post the fixed rental payment and commission rental payment
- Asset management: Inventory transfer, Long-term deferred expenses tracking
- GL Accounting: Payroll, accruals, prepayment amortization, miscellaneous expense posting
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Banking and Finance or Business.
- Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Knowledge using SAP
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Fast learner and able to multi-task
