Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Site & Project Costing: Track site-level expenses, raw material purchases, and petty cash;
• Vendor & Subcontractor Payouts: Verify contractor bills, process supplier invoices, and deduct applicable TDS and retention amounts.
• Customer Billing: Issue construction milestone demand letters, record flat/plot buyer payments, and track bank loan disbursements.
• Tax & Compliance Support: Assist with monthly GST data preparation, TDS filings, and project bank account reconciliations.
• Ledger & Reconciliations: Perform daily entry in accounting software and prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements

Key Skills Required

• Accounting Software: Tally Prime, , and intermediate MS Excel
• Taxation & Billing: Basic understanding of GST (Input Tax Credit), TDS deductions, and vendor RA (Running Account) bills.
• Data Accuracy: Precision in site bill verification, expense tracking, and inventory reconciliation.
