Job Position: Accountant

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities :

• Recording and processing incoming and outgoing documents
• Processing and posting invoices, bank statements, and other accounting documents
• Monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparing calculations, financial reports, and required accounting documentation
• Performing reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records
• Communicating and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and external institutions
• Maintaining accurate, complete, and well-organized accounting records and documentation
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting tasks

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and financial reporting
• Practical experience with invoice processing, bank statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account reconciliations
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
