About Us

MM Pro Solutions is a fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations. This is an on-site role based at our DHA-1, Rawalpindi office, and we need someone who can join immediately.

Role Summary

The Accountant will own daily financial reconciliation and reporting for our e-commerce operations, tracking order volumes, revenue, cash flow, and expenses across our sales channels, while keeping our books accurate and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily closings, reconcile daily sales, payments, and expenses across all order channels (website, marketplaces, COD collections, online payment gateways).
• Calculate and report daily/weekly/monthly order metrics: total orders, average order value (AOV), gross revenue, returns/refunds, and net revenue.
• Track and reconcile COD (Cash on Delivery) collections against courier/logistics partner statements.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and supplier payments.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Record and categorize all transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks / Zoho Books / Tally, etc.).
• Prepare monthly P&L summaries, expense reports, and cash flow statements for management.
• Monitor inventory-related costs (COGS) in coordination with the operations/warehouse team.
• Assist in tax filing, withholding tax, and sales tax (GST) compliance.
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
• Flag discrepancies in order values, payment settlements, or courier remittances promptly.
• Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to resolve payment or order-related financial issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or a fast-paced trading business.
• Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation formats).
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or similar).
• Familiarity with COD reconciliation and courier/logistics settlement processes is a strong plus.
• Understanding of basic taxation (sales tax/GST, withholding tax) in Pakistan.
• High attention to detail and accuracy under daily deadlines.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Must be able to commute daily to DHA-1, Rawalpindi.
