Job Summary

We are looking for a Hotel Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team in Shirdi. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, daily accounting, cash & bank reconciliation, hotel revenue accounting, GST and TDS.

Candidates with previous experience in hotel, restaurant, hospitality or service-industry accounting will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle cash, bank, UPI/online and credit transactions.
• Perform daily cash and bank reconciliation.
• Verify purchase bills, invoices, vouchers and expenses.
• Verify daily hotel and restaurant sales/POS reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain purchase, sales, expense and payment records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly accounting reports.
• Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and Professional Tax related work.
• Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Stores, Front Office, F&B and Management.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
• Assist in month-end closing and management reporting.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification
