What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Zoho Books Management: Handle day-to-day data entry, ledger scrutiny, and transaction recording inside Zoho Books.
- AP & AR: Process vendor bills, track customer invoices, manage receipts, and handle collections.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and vendor reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
- Statutory Compliance: Assist with GST, TDS, and other local tax filing requirements and reports.
- Financial Reporting: Generate P&L statements, balance sheets, and custom MIS reports directly from the software.
- Month-End/Year-End Close: Assist in closing books, passing journal entries, and providing data for audits.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
