ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary

We are looking for a full set Accountant to handle budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting for our structural work projects. Preferred: experience in steel structure / construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) for project-based operations

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports

• Monitor project costs, track expenses, and provide reports on financial performance

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for statutory compliance

• Reconcile accounts and ensure timely financial reporting

• Manage project-specific budgets and financial records

• Prepare invoices and track payments for each project

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling full set of accounts
• Hands-on experience with SQL Accounting software
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Experience in steel structure / construction industry is an added advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Malaysian citizen
