Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the company’s accounts and finance operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist management with accounting-related reports and financial data.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain proper records and meet deadlines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or a related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS and Excel is preferred.
• Should be responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
