About the Role:

G8way Logistics LLC is looking for a detail-driven and experienced Accountant to join our operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate books, oversee accounts payable/receivable, and ensure seamless financial compliance to support our growing logistics and freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Assist with internal and external financial audits and compliance reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and periodic management accounts.
• Coordinate with banking institutions and manage corporate financial records.
• Support administrative and operational accounting tasks as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant (prior experience within the UAE logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding sector is a strong advantage).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, ERP accounting systems, and financial software.
• Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
