Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Perform account reconciliations to verify accuracy across multiple ledgers and financial statements
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Ceridian, Kronos, and ADP to record transactions and generate reports
• Conduct data entry with precision to maintain up-to-date financial records and transaction logs
• Support payroll processing by verifying employee hours and ensuring correct deductions using systems like ADP or Kronos
• Assist with budgeting activities by analyzing expenses and preparing financial forecasts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Ceridian, Kronos, and ADP
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and account reconciliation techniques
• 7+ years of Experience with payroll systems and processing payroll accurately using tools like UltiPro or Kronos
• Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to perform account analysis and support budgeting efforts effectively
• Familiarity with financial services industry practices is a plus
• Strong math skills combined with analytical thinking for thorough account analysis
