Duties

• File Preparation of Financial Information and tax preparation.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, CaseWare, Profile, TValue, and other data entry tools to record financial transactions accurately

Qualifications

• Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, CaseWare and Profile or other tax preparation software.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles including data entry, account reconciliation, and ledger management
• Familiarity with payroll systems.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes within a financial services environment
• Excellent math skills coupled with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Ability to perform account analysis efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines
• Prior experience in budgeting and financial reporting is preferred but not required

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
