WE’RE HIRING | ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting activities.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
• Record purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries in accounting software.
• Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, cash books, and ledger accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Maintain vendor and customer account reconciliations.
• Process contractor, supplier, and employee payments.
• Monitor project-wise expenses and maintain accurate cost records.
• Maintain records related to land/property purchases, sales, and documentation.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, tax audits, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and other statutory records.
• Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

Who We’re Looking For

• B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary: ₹3.6–4.8 LPA

For candidates with excellent skills and strong communication, compensation can be discussed based on profile.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
