Reporting to : Accounting Manager

Based in : Madrid, Spain

The selected professional will m anage banking transactions, reconciliations, audits, and financial operations for Spanish entities.

What will you do?

• Handle banking transactions for multiple Spanish entities.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and process payment remittances ( twice a month ) .
• Assist with audit processes and month-end closings by providing precise and timely financial data.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bank activities. Work with other departments to facilitate efficient financial operations.

What do we need?

• Bs in Economics, Business Administration, or similar financial-related degrees.
• At least, 2 - 3 years of experience in bank accounting and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with SAP R3-FI ; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills .
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes across multiple entities.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
