Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage full-set accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support business decisions. The role involves preparing reports, overseeing internal controls, and supervising daily accounting tasks. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with hospitality systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee full-set accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable and financial reporting
• Develop and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance
• Prepare accurate financial statement and reports for management review and decision-making
• Conduct financial analysis to support operational efficiency and business goals
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Have)

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• 3-5 years relevant working experience, with at least 1-year in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Accounting, POS and hospitality management system

• Strong business knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills and good interpersonal skills
