What they need
Accountant
Full accounting cycle: including journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, financial
statement preparation, and general ledger maintenance, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory
requirements.
Prepare financial statements and management reports: financial reporting, regulatory reporting, investment accounting.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
Prepare and record journal entries and support schedules.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and auditors to support strategic financial initiatives and
requirements.
Comply with statutory and GAAP reporting requirements (as applicable).
Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
