Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join a leading aesthetic center. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, reconcile sales, and handle POS software alongside specialized clinic management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage journal entries, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and invoice follow-ups.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, matching cash collections with POS credit card settlements.
• Monitor medical and aesthetic consumable costs (COGS) and oversee regular inventory and consumable movements.
• Calculate and prepare commissions for doctors, specialists, and the sales team in accordance with approved contracts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
• File VAT returns and ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2 to 4 years of solid accounting experience, with strong preference given to candidates with previous experience in aesthetic clinics or medical centers.
• Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and cloud-based systems; prior experience with Clinic Management Systems (CMS) is highly desirable.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
