Accountant

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Dubai. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank and supplier accounts. The role includes preparing invoices, processing payments, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities. The Accountant will prepare financial statements and management reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with local accounting standards, taxation requirements, and internal policies. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments and external auditors, maintaining accurate documentation, and recommending process improvements to strengthen financial controls.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in general accounting, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Ability to prepare financial statements, management reports
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as solid skills in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
• Knowledge of local accounting standards, VAT, and other relevant tax regulations applicable in the UAE.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications
• Managing banking relations and visit to banks and office related work

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
