ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate records.
• Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain and update accounts in Zoho Books.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare regular financial reports and MIS reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with management, branches, and other departments regarding financial matters.

Requirements

• B.Com qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
