Accountant

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and book sales invoices, debit/credit notes, E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.

· Purchase/expense booking, receipts, payments and journal entries with proper support.

· Customer/vendor accounting, advances, ageing and outstanding reconciliations.

· Bank reconciliation, cash accounting and cash-flow reporting.

· GST accounting: GSTR-1/GSTR-3B workings, GSTR-2B reconciliation and correct ITC accounting.

· TDS applicability, deduction accounting, payment workings and reconciliations.

· Salary accounting and reconciliation based on payroll data received from HR.

· Fixed Asset Register, capitalisation, depreciation and asset reconciliation.

· Monthly reconciliation of banks, debtors, creditors, GST, TDS, loans, advances and Balance Sheet accounts.

· Monthly closing entries, Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet and MIS preparation.

· Prepare year-end provisions/accruals and Balance Sheet schedules, provide audit support, and assist in finalization of accounts.

Required Skills

Strong accounting fundamentals; practical GST/TDS knowledge; Tally Prime; MS Excel; ledger scrutiny and reconciliation; understanding of Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet; accuracy, ownership and ability to meet closing deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
