Accountant – Hiring in Indore

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our tuition class.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using Tally / Tally Prime.
• Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with basic GST and TDS compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Assist with transportation, dispatch, and shipment tracking of books sent to other franchise locations, as required.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime.
• Good understanding of vendor reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and willingness to learn.

Additional Advantage (Not Mandatory)

• Understanding of goods transportation and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with dispatch documentation and shipment tracking.
• Experience coordinating the transportation of books or other goods to franchise locations.
