WRITTEN AND CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH IS A MUST*** ACCOUNTANT Summary: Processing Center located in Panama City is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting Department.

The primary functions of the Accountant are to prepare accurate and timely financial statements and maintain an adequate system of accounting records.

The Accountant will perform detailed balance sheet, revenue expense variance analysi s, and support the management area in any related assigned activity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform daily accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in coordination with the Panama and U.S. Finance and Accounting department.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Maintain supporting documentation for audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Review and process expense allocations, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.

Prepare and submit bank reconciliations and assist with Treasury-related activities.

Ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions in accounting systems.

Assist with tax filings and other compliance requirements as needed.
