Job Description Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 3+ years of experience in day-to-day accounting, sales entries, billing, payment follow-ups, and fund collection. The candidate should be comfortable travelling to customer locations for payment/fund collection and have strong communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily sales entries, billing, invoicing, and accounting transactions.
• Maintain customer ledgers and track outstanding payments.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and ensure timely fund collection.
• Travel to customer/client locations for fund collection as required.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding outstanding payments.
• Record cash, cheque, and bank payment collections accurately.
• Perform ledger and bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on collections and outstanding amounts.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and accounting records.
• Assist in other routine accounts and finance activities as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts, Sales Entry, Billing, and Fund Collection.
• Graduate in B.Com / Accounting / Finance or a related field.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/accounting software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and payment follow-up skills.
• Must be comfortable travelling for fund collection at customer locations.
• Good numerical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week.
