Accountant

KEY RESPONSILIBITIES:

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities; including accounts payable, accounts receivable, receipts, payments and general accounting transactions.

• Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts and prepare monthly Balance Sheet Schedules with supporting details.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly supported.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing; including account reconciliations and preparation of supporting schedules.

• Prepare and support tax filings; including VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and related tax documentation.

• Handle Community Market accounting; including rental and service income, utility charges, tenant receivables, collections and revenue reconciliation.

• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents for internal audit, external audit, tax review and management requirements.

• Handle petty cash, banking documents and other accounting and finance assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or relevant field.
• 0-3 years experience in the corporate accounting and finance.
• Good understanding and basic knowledge in accounts and tax.
• Familiar in Microsoft Office, particurlarly in Excel
• Experience in accounting software (MS Dynamics, Quick Book Pro)
• Be Detail-oriented, quick learner and can do attitude.
• Good command of spoken and written Thai and preferably English
