Job Summary

Cyrix Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle reconciliations, and support statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, and related documentation.
• Verify purchase invoices, expense claims, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Support payroll-related accounting activities when required.
• Provide accounting reports and financial information to management.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
