Accountant

Yi Hai is seeking potential talent who is attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative and interested in joining our Accounting Team.

Available working a fixed shift from 10:00 to 19:00 is a MUST.

Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and generate daily financial reports.

·         Reconcile daily transactions against system records to ensure all data is captured accurately.

·         Conduct thorough checks on large volumes of data to identify inconsistencies, missing entries, or duplicate transactions.

·         Calculate and report on daily financial variances, providing clear explanations for the discrepancies.

·         Manage the handover process, ensuring the morning team is briefed on any critical findings.

·         Handle any ad-hoc financial queries that arise during the afternoon/evening hours.

·         Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

·         High Diploma or above in accounting or equivalent disciplines

·         2-3 years relevant working experience in accounting or auditing position

·         Familiar with accounting standards and rules of HK

·         Solid hands-on experience in internal controls, consolidation, financial and management reporting

·         Detail-minded, independent, good interpersonal and communication skills

·         Available working a fixed shift from 10:00 to 19:00 is a MUST.

·         Candidate with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Assistant Accountant
