Accountant

• Maintain books of accounts and process daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare bank, supplier, customer, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support VAT and audit-related requirements.
• Hands-on experience with IFRS standards, particularly related-party transactions and compliance?
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce is mandatory.
• Professional accounting certification is required (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA, or CA-Inter).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a corporate environment in the UAE.
• Retail or trading industry experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
