Accountant

✦ Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day accounting transactions, general ledgers, and bank payments.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.
• Prepare budget forecasts and track financial performance.
• Reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Compute, verify, and submit tax filings (e.g., PND 1, 3, 53, 54) in compliance with tax laws.
• Audit financial documents and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with accounting services to verify payroll data prior to executive approval.
• Safeguard financial data confidentiality and maintain regular database backups.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties as needed.

✦ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures, regulations, and

Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Flow Account).
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Hands-on experience with general ledger functions.
