Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and office-related activities at our HP Gas Agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and transactions.
• Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and expense entries.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and payment records.
• Maintain customer and supplier accounts.
• Handle cash and bank transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports.
• Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation.
• Perform data entry and general office accounting work.
• Coordinate with management and office staff.

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / relevant accounting qualification preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Experienced candidates can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing is an advantage.
• Good communication and numerical skills.
• Responsible and willing to learn.

Salary

• Fresher: ₹8,000 per month
• Experienced: ₹10,000 per month

Salary may be discussed based on the candidate's skills and experience.
