Billing and Invoicing

• Generate sales invoices for new two-wheeler purchases, vehicle registration fees, insurance, and accessories.
• Issue bills for workshop repairs, servicing labor, and spare parts.
• Process customer bookings, down payments, and final delivery receipts.
• Handle daily cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and digital transactions.
• Maintain the cash drawer, verify floating cash, and issue correct change or receipts.
• Reconcile daily collections and securely deposit cash into the company bank account.
• Manage petty cash for minor day-to-day showroom and workshop expenses.
• Record daily financial transactions using accounting software like Tally or specialized Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable (tracking customer dues and vendor payments for spare parts).
• Perform daily cash balancing and periodic bank reconciliations (BRS).
• Coordinate with loan and finance partners to verify vehicle loan payouts and customer down-payment clearances.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial summary reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or automotive billing/accounting.
• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Tally Prime, and POS (Point of Sale) or Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
• Core Skills: High numerical accuracy, honesty, attention to detail, and good customer communication.

Salary: Best in the industry.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
