Job Summary

Verofides International, a professional cosmetics brand based in Calicut, is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant Staff to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain purchase and sales entries.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and cash management.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
• Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
• Coordinate with the HR and management team regarding salary and other financial matters.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements,.

• Basic knowledge of GST, Tally/Accounting Software, MS Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Age: Below 35 years.

• A responsible, organized, and detail-oriented candidate with practical accounting experience who can independently handle routine accounting activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
