Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage order to cash process from receipt of order to final payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Coordinate with sales team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, invoices, or payments.
• Process customer inquiries, resolve billing disputes, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Collaborate with finance team to ensure seamless integration of OTC processes with financial reporting.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) billing or similar role.
• Strong understanding of OTC cycle including order management, invoice generation, and collections.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as [insert specific system].
