Accountant

Job Responsibilities,

* Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.

* Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.

* Prepare monthly payroll and coordinate with HR for WPS.

* Monitor company expenses, purchases, and petty cash.

* Reconcile bank and supplier/customer accounts.

* Prepare monthly financial reports for management.

* Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

* Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and customers.

* Monitor project-related costs, material purchases, and expenses.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

* 4-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in HVAC/construction.

* Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and basic accounting principles.

* Experience with WPS/payroll, accounts payable and receivable.

* Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.

* Ability to prepare invoices, reports, reconciliations, and financial records.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

* UAE experience preferred.

* Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other applicable financial requirements.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
