Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at Creative Visual Group. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial management principles. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with relevant regulations, and the overall financial health of the organization. The Accountant will work closely with various departments to provide insights and support for financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for correctly.
• Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with corporate accounting teams to ensure timely reporting of financial data.
• Stay updated on securities law and regulatory changes that may impact the organization.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining financial records efficiently.

Experience

• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of corporate accounting practices.

• Experience with Tally

• Familiarity with payroll systems and procedures is preferred.

• Experience in bank reconciliation and account analysis is essential.

• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions for data manipulation and reporting.

• Knowledge of securities law is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
