Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to manage financial operations in the

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in compliance with government regulations.
• Oversee vendor payments, client invoicing, and credit control to maintain cash flow.
• Track production costs, raw material expenses, and overheads for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to align financial planning with operations.
• Conduct internal audits, stock verification, and variance analysis for corrugated, rigid box, and monocarton production.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement and maintain ERP/accounting software systems for efficient financial management.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1–5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing/printing & packaging industries.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
