Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant with approximately 7 to 10 years of relevant experience to manage our day-to-day accounting tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts and perform day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Accounting.
• TDS
• Handle GST-related work, including reconciliation of GSTR-2B.
• Manage e-invoicing and other GST compliance-related activities.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records.
• Manage general accounting functions, including ledger maintenance, entries, and documentation.
• Coordinate and complete other accounting-related tasks as required.
• Communicate professionally through email with internal teams and external parties.

Candidate Profile

• Approximately 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting role.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally accounting software.
• Practical knowledge of GST, GSTR-2B reconciliation, and e-invoicing.
• Experience in bank reconciliation, petty cash management, and general accounting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic proficiency in professional email communication.

Work Details

• Work Location: On-site (Nariman Point - MUMBAI).
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
