Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) accurately and on time
• Maintain and update general ledgers, journals, and books of accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations
• Review books periodically to identify discrepancies, errors, or missing entries
• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements
• Track accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with basic statutory requirements (GST/TDS or applicable local tax filings, if relevant)
• Maintain organized financial records/documentation for audits
• Use Excel extensively for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
• Coordinate with the CA/auditor for periodic reviews, if required
• Ability to manage two or more branches independently

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com or equivalent); semi-qualified CA/CMA is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
• Strong working knowledge of P&L statements
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, lookups)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GST, TDS, or other statutory compliance (or your country's equivalent)
• Exposure to financial reporting and variance analysis
• Basic knowledge of audit processes

SALARY RANGE - 20K TO 30K

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
