Accountant

• Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain books of accounts.
• Prepare and manage sales/purchase invoices, billing, receipts and payments.
• Handle GST related work including data preparation, reconciliation and return-related activities.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and related documentation.
• Assist in income tax and other taxation-related work.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable and perform regular ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain and update inventory records, stock entries and related accounting.
• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase, sales, stock and payment-related records.
• Work on accounting software/ERP and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.
• Assist in monthly closing, MIS and other routine finance/accounts activities.

Preferred Skills:

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Billing & Taxation.
• Practical knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience in inventory accounting will be preferred.
• Comfortable working on accounting software/ERP.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• B.Com/M.Com with practical accounting experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
