Accountant – Fresher

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting entries.
• Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and expense entries.
• Maintain invoices, bills and vouchers.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
• Assist with bank reconciliation.
• Assist with GST and TDS-related work.
• Verify and maintain accounting documents.
• Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Coordinate with other departments for accounting-related documents.
• Support senior accountants in day-to-day accounting activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Basic knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
• Good communication skills.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA – Finance or equivalent.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Tally, GST or Excel knowledge will be an added advantage.
