Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting, financial documentation, project accounting, reconciliations, and ERP/SAP accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for real estate projects.
• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger entries.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, payment documents, and other financial records.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper accounting documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
• Manage vendor and contractor bills, including verification and processing.
• Handle project-wise accounting and expense tracking.
• Prepare MIS reports, accounting statements, and financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and accounting transactions in ERP/SAP systems.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 10–12 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong hands-on experience in ERP and SAP accounting systems.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in handling vendor/contractor accounting and project-related accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple activities, and meet deadlines.
