Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily sales, service, and financial records.
• Handle and reconcile cash and digital payments.
• Record daily expenses, purchases, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
• Monitor and maintain basic inventory records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Identify and report cash or financial discrepancies.
• Assist management with monthly closing and financial reconciliation.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting documentation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
