Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of practical experience in accounting and good working knowledge of Tally. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting routine accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.

· Handle sales and purchase entries, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

· Maintain and reconcile cash and bank transactions.

· Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.

· Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

· Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

· Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

· Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records.

· Prepare basic reports and statements as required by management.

· Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and payment-related queries.

· Support the senior accounts team in routine accounting activities.

Required Skills

· 1–2 years of experience in accounting.

· Hands-on experience with Tally .

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

· B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance)

· Candidates with practical Tally accounting experience are preferred.
