Accountant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare invoices and monitor client payments.
• Track outstanding invoices and receivables.
• Process monthly payroll, deductions, PAYE and related payments.
• Conduct bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Monitor income, expenses and cash flow.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Support budgeting and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of payroll, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of PAYE and statutory deductions.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience in a security, outsourcing, facilities management or service company is an added advantage.

Pay: ₦180,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
